brown sugar

fresh or frozen

orange juice
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine oats with the other dry ingredients, then add the wet ingredients.
Mix thoroughly and pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
You can make this recipe ahead of time and leave it in the refrigerator until you're ready to bake it.
When ready to bake, preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until center is set and the top is golden brown.
Serve with a drizzle of milk, a side of scrambled eggs, and homemade greek yogurt for a protein boost and enjoy!
The leftovers are good warm or cold, and never last long at our house.
