How to Make Sourdough English Muffin Pizzas
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut English muffins in half and place them on a baking sheet.

Mix all your favorite pizza topping ingredients together and spread on the English muffin halves. I like to put everything but the sauce in a bowl, like cheese and olives, and then add the sauce so I get just the right amount of sauce. Of course, you can add the toppings individually as well, this is just how I’ve always made them.

Toast the pizzas in the oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Serve with a side salad and enjoy!
You can refrigerate these in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze them in a freezer- safe container for up to six months.

Tips
- You can buy your English muffins at the store, or you can make my delicious homemade English muffins.
- These can be made in the air fryer or toaster oven as well.
- Use any of your favorite pizza toppings, or set up a make-your-own personal-size pizza toppings bar where each person can put on their own toppings.
- Serve these little pizzas for a birthday party, after-school snacks, or game day.
